Tasks

-Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. -Maintain Cost & Commercial Management files in an organized manner, according to company standards and process. -Develop understanding of methods of measurement, delivery methods, construction technology and contracts. -Proactively participate in self-development to continually enhance current skills and build new skills required to excel at current role and prepare for career progression. -Build relationships with peers, leaders, and clients. -Carry out pricing research. -Develop an understanding of project deliverables in provision of Cost & Commercial management services, -Submit requests for pricing from vendors and sub-contractors for specific scopes, products, and services. -Assist as needed with preparing documents for proposals, presentations, and Cost & Commercial Management submissions under the direct supervision of the Cost & Commercial Management team. -Deliver quality work product by role modeling organizational core values. -Enroll in professional organization and commence training for accreditation.
