Tasks

-Provide technical guidance and hands-on support on design and site-based projects when required. -Lead our Residential, Building Engineering, and Site Investigation teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and service excellence. -Develop goals and professional growth plans for your team in alignment with company strategy. -Manage existing client relationships while driving business development and securing new opportunities. -Monitor and report on financial budgets and KPIs, ensuring team performance aligns with business objectives. -Partner with the State GM to shape the strategic direction of Intrax WA, turning vision into action with your team.

What You Bring

-Advanced Diploma of Engineering (or equivalent) -Bachelor of Engineering (or equivalent); registered or working towards registration as a Building Engineer (WA) OR -5+ years’ experience in the residential construction industry -Team leadership and mentoring experience (desirable)
