Tasks

-Supporting scope and pricing document development -Updating risk registers with commercial insights -Engaging with suppliers for competitive tenders -Preparing and submitting payment applications -Managing change control and subcontract orders -Supporting post-project reviews -Reviewing tender returns for accuracy and value -Tracking costs, budgets, and cash flows -Preparing and issuing tender enquiries -Supporting projects from award to completion -Creating cost estimates (ROCs) for proposed works -Assisting with monthly cost reports and forecasts -Monitoring budgets and flagging issues

Assistant Quantity Surveyor - SC Clearance -Strong communication and numeracy skills -Proficient in MS Excel & Word -Knowledge of NEC or JCT contracts -Organised and deadline-driven -Experience in QS, commercial, procurement, or project support -Studying towards QS qualifications (HNC, degree, RICS) -Understanding of tendering and commercial documentation -Experience with MOD contracts or secure sites -Familiar with CAFM systems
