Tasks

-Oversee construction documentation and ensure quality control. -Serve as the primary liaison for clients, consultants, and internal teams. -Present design concepts to clients and communities. -Lead design and documentation for small to midsize projects in healthcare and education. -Coordinate with consultants and regulatory agencies. -Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and staffing. -Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative studio culture.

This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative team working on healthcare and K-12 education projects across Massachusetts and beyond. -Experience with high-performance building design. -Licensed Architect (MA preferred). -Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, MS Office Suite, and project management tools. -Experience with healthcare or K-12 education projects (ideally both). -Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. -Familiarity with Massachusetts public school design standards and healthcare regulations is a plus. -8-12+ years of experience in architectural design and/or project management. -Sustainable design and LEED accreditation. -Ability to manage fee proposals and contracts. -Knowledge of BIM workflows and construction administration. -Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
