-Provide excellent customer service and effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical users -Assist in the deployment and maintenance of desktop and laptop computers, peripherals, and software -Provide technical support for desktop and laptop hardware and software issues, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting -Perform in-depth troubleshooting and problem resolution, including root cause analysis, to identify and resolve technical issues -Learn from qualified staff and build long-term relationships

What You Bring

-In the process of obtaining an associate or bachelor’s degree in the field of IT -Knowledge of Windows operating systems and applications -Ability to cross-train or shadow with other departments within our firm -Experience with hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting -Excellent customer service and communication skills -Strong problem-solving and analytical skills -Complete documentation on ticket solutions -Ability to work independently and as part of a team
