Tasks

-Client relations: Act as a liaison with clients, inspectors, and engineers regarding material quality, specifications, and issue resolution. -Laboratory and field testing: Perform tests on raw materials, including aggregates and binder, as well as on finished products to ensure they meet quality and design specifications. -Documentation and reporting: Maintain meticulous records of test data, calibration records, and quality control reports. Communicate test results and quality issues to senior management and project stakeholders. -Quality assurance and compliance: Follow QC programs, policies, and procedures for manufacturing and construction sites. This includes ensuring compliance with agencies like the Department of Transportation (DOT). -Equipment management: Perform calibration, maintenance, and repair of all laboratory and field-testing equipment. -Safety leadership: Enforce strict adherence to all safety, health, and environmental regulations within the lab and at production facilities.

Requirements

• 5 years
• high school
• aashto

What You Bring

-Five (5) years’ experience in all areas of testing (AASHTO) -High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. -AASHTO qualification certificates in all areas of the field.
