Overview

Inspect and manage sewer pipeline projects in Louisville, KY.

Tasks

-Facilitate communication among contractors, owners/clients, third-party stakeholders, and internal team members. -Review existing as-built drawings and support the preparation of bid documents related to property service connections. -Conduct field investigations, inspections, and onsite representation for property service connections to existing sewer systems. -Design, observe, and document field and construction activities, with a focus on sewer pipeline infrastructure improvements. -Maintain thorough and accurate daily reports and project documentation, including preparation of record drawings. -Drive ownership of health & safety in all aspects of project execution, office, and personal environments. -Assist in managing the bidding process, including organizing and participating in bid walks.

What You Bring

-OSHA 10-Hour certification (course available for new hires). -Experience using Microsoft products, such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. -Direct experience with sewer installation / trenchless rehabilitation projects. -3-5+ years of experience in field construction inspection or field construction. -Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills while excelling in a fast-paced consulting environment with multiple concurrent deadlines. -Engineering Degree or 3+ years of field construction inspection experience. -Experience with using GIS and/or CAD software (preferred, not required.)
