Tasks
This is a full-time, on-site position located in the London Area, United Kingdom. As a Team Leader within Off Track, you will be responsible for leading a team to maintain, inspect, and repair off-track assets to ensure the safety and reliability of the railway. Your day-to-day responsibilities include organizing work schedules, monitoring safety compliance, performing quality checks, and liaising with relevant personnel to deliver operational excellence aligned with set objectives. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes and ensure the successful training and development of your team.

What You Bring
