Tasks

As an Architect in Project Management Department at DBOT Realty Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for controlling projects from inception to completion, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, innovative, and functional designs. You will collaborate with clients, develop creative ideas considering client needs and environmental impact, and help client in producing Final design while adhering to budgets and timelines. -Co-ordinate with client, consultant to finalise & produce final design & drawings, making necessary corrections, and compiling project specifications. -Conduct on-site visits to monitor project status and provide regular reports as well as help to resolve bottleneck issues. -Co-ordinate with design consultants to develop creative ideas considering client needs, building usage, and environmental impact. -Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals throughout the project lifecycle. -Stay updated on architectural trends and advancements. -Ensure all works comply with specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations. -Take the project "brief" and identify clients' needs. -Help client & execution team in managing projects within budgetary constraints and timelines.

What You Bring

-Strong portfolio showcasing artistic skills and successful project outcomes. -Effective communication and project management skills. -B. Arch / G.D. Arch degree in Architecture. -Proven working experience of min. 3-4 years as an Architect. -Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards. -Excellent drawing skills and proficiency in design software (Autocad mandatory, Adobe Photoshop will be added advantage) -Immediate joiner preferred. -Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions. -Visual awareness and meticulous attention to detail.
