Tasks

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support commercial tenant improvement projects ranging from $1 million to $10 million. This role will assist the Project Manager with coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules and budgets, reviewing submittals, processing change orders, and maintaining clear communication with clients and field teams.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in commercial construction, particularly tenant improvement projects, and is eager to grow into a leadership role. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. -2–5 years of commercial construction experience -Experience with tenant improvement projects ($1M–$10M range) -Strong skills in scheduling, budgeting, and document control -Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
