The Role

Overview

Provides admin, clerical, and records support for Army equipment turn-in contractor site.

Tasks

-Maintain filing systems, both electronic and hard copy, in compliance with Army records management requirements. -Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, and forms as directed by site leadership. -Enter supply and accountability transactions into Army logistics systems such as GCSS-Army, LMP, or DPAS. -Process and review supply and turn-in documents including DA Form 1348-1A, DD Form 200, hand receipts, and inventory adjustment forms. -Support quality control staff by preparing documentation for inspections, reviews, and audits. -Respond to inquiries from Army personnel, supervisors, and government representatives. -Ensure all clerical and recordkeeping processes align with Army regulations (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1). -Maintain audit-ready records in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. -Provide front-line administrative support to Army units turning in equipment. -Ensure all equipment turn-in actions are properly documented and records are maintained for audit readiness. -Assist supply clerks, technicians, and coordinators in resolving documentation errors or discrepancies. -Provide clerical support for property accountability, logistics, and transportation functions. -Support the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports for submission to the Site Manager, COR (Contracting Officer’s Representative), and QA staff.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). -Strong teamwork and customer service abilities. -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. -3-5 years of administrative, clerical, or records management experience. -Proficiency in records management, forms processing, and administrative best practices. -Army logistics systems: GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP (preferred). -Must have a Real ID. -Must be able to travel if/when needed. -Prior experience supporting U.S. Army supply, property accountability, or contractor operations strongly preferred. -Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume turn-in environment. -Familiarity with Army supply regulations: AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in administration, logistics, or business preferred.
