  • Provide timely, accurate pricing support to our sales consultants and customer service teams.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams — including design, construction, and sales — to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow.
  • Analyse tender drawings, council requirements, BASIX, and hydraulic specifications to support sales and post-contract variations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of estimating processes, pricing accuracy, and documentation standards.
  • Prepare and review accurate sales estimates and tender submissions for Clarendon’s range of premium residential homes.

Clarendon Homes, part of Campbell Property Group (CPG) — one of Australia’s leading residential construction and property development companies — is seeking an experienced Sales Estimator to join our high-performing Clarendon Homes NSW team in Norwest NSW.

  • Certificate IV in Building and Construction (preferred).
  • A focus on exceptional customer service and clear communication.
  • Loan Market Elevate – expert financial solutions to support our customers’ property journeys
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical tools.
  • Understanding of residential construction, sales estimating, or production estimating (advantageous).
  • Experience with Framework (or similar estimating software).
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in your work.
  • Minimum 2 years of residential estimating experience (preferably in the project home building industry).
