-Computer hardware/software/network expertise, as appropriate -Demonstrated success in marketing and client relationships -Demonstrated ability to develop and execute building commissioning and retro-commissioning plans -LEED accreditation preferred -Experience in working with a team of professionals -12+ years progressive experience in Commissioning, MEP design and construction administration -Professional Engineer preferred -Commissioning Certification required (ACG CxA, or equivalent) -Ability and willingness to travel (more than 50%)
