Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Familiarity with various construction delivery processes, such as DesignBuild, preferred.
Ability to integrate design elements with architectural, civil, structural, electrical, and other disciplines to deliver a coordinated, constructible design.
Knowledge of applicable codes and standards, including IMC, IPC, IBC, IECC, and ASHRAE, as well as LEED and green building requirements
Engineerintraining certification (EIT) is strongly recommended.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.
Ability to prepare and review detailed mechanical drawings with supervision.
