Role

Prepare and deliver schedule reports, updates, and risk assessments to stakeholders.
Monitor progress, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track.
Review and analyze change orders for schedule impacts and adjust baseline schedules as needed.
Facilitate schedule review meetings and provide guidance on scheduling software to project teams.

Implement and enforce construction scheduling standards and best practices across projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks and provide solutions.
Strong knowledge of construction planning, project management, and CPM scheduling.
Advanced proficiency in MS Project; experience with Primavera P6 highly desirable.
3–5 years of proven experience as a Construction Scheduler in K-12, municipal, or commercial construction projects.
