  • Prepare and deliver schedule reports, updates, and risk assessments to stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track.
  • Review and analyze change orders for schedule impacts and adjust baseline schedules as needed.
  • Facilitate schedule review meetings and provide guidance on scheduling software to project teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks and provide solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of construction planning, project management, and CPM scheduling.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Project; experience with Primavera P6 highly desirable.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience as a Construction Scheduler in K-12, municipal, or commercial construction projects.
