Lead design and delivery of Qatar sewerage and wastewater treatment projects.

Tasks

-Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical excellence across the team. -Support tendering processes and contribute to business development initiatives. -Lead multidisciplinary teams in the design and execution of sewerage treatment systems. -Collaborate with stakeholders including government entities, consultants, and contractors. -Ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations, budget, and regulatory frameworks. -Oversee technical reviews, hydraulic modeling, and process optimization.

What You Bring

-Familiarity with Qatar’s regulatory landscape and permitting processes. -Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master’s degree preferred). -Minimum 15 years of experience in wastewater/sewerage treatment projects. -Strong understanding of treatment technologies, hydraulic systems, and environmental impact assessments. -PMP or equivalent certification. -At least 8 years of experience leading planning and strategy for foul sewerage networks and treatment works. -Chartered or Professional Engineer status. -Experience with SCADA systems, BIM/Revit, and digital project delivery tools. -Arabic language proficiency is an advantage. -Proven expertise in masterplanning, catchment strategy development, and stakeholder coordination.
