What You Bring
SENIOR ESTIMATOR We’re seeking a Senior Estimator with a Head Contractor or Developer-Builder background — not subcontractor — who can take ownership of pre-construction and pricing across multiple Class 2 projects. This role sits at the centre of the business, working closely with the leadership team, clients, and consultants throughout the tender and design development process. You’ll bring not just technical accuracy, but a commercial mindset and confidence in front of stakeholders — someone who can represent the business professionally in client and design meetings. If you’re a technically strong and forward-facing Estimator seeking to work with a builder that values precision, professionalism, and client relationships — this is a career move worth exploring. -Proficiency in CostX, Buildsoft, or equivalent estimating systems. -Strong analytical and commercial acumen across D&C, design development, and trade breakdowns. -Excellent communication and presentation skills — comfortable in client-facing and consultant interactions. -Proven capability in pricing and cost planning Class 2 residential or mixed-use projects. -Exposure to major projects and a consistent development pipeline. -6–10 years’ experience as an Estimator within a Head Contractor or Developer-Builder environment.
