Overview

Handle service admin tasks: orders, warranties, invoicing, homeowner communication

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Review and verify work orders for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all required information, documentation, and approvals are included before processing or closing. -Send detailed order invoices and/or balance collection emails to homeowners. -Manage and submit warranty reimbursement requests for completed service. -Ensure all service orders and stock item requests are processed within 24 hours. -Create service requests for product reorders as needed.. -Identify and correct work order errors or discrepancies. -Review and confirm all ship dates in rForce using BAAN confirmations on a daily basis. -Quote all billable products and send homeowner invoices within 24 hours.

What You Bring

-Excellent oral and written communication skills. -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member. -High School Diploma or equivalent experience required. -Computer proficiency. -Strong understanding of administrative duties. -Ability to meet strong deadlines and to work independently. -Minimum 1 year of experience working with Renewal by Andersen products and applications. -Minimum 1 year of experience working in an office environment. -A positive attitude with the ability to multi-task. -Flexible and resilient to adapt to multiple demands, shifting priorities and changing business conditions.
