What You Bring

These positions are for full-time Commercial Overhead Door / Garage Door Technicians in the Greater Cincinnati, Ohio / Northern Kentucky regional area to serve our commercial and industrial customers. This role requires an incredible attention to detail and knowledge of best practices in garage door and man door installation, repair, and maintenance. There are opportunities to travel for special projects, as well as training opportunities to continue to develop your skills withing a growing organization. -Ability to develop estimates and bids for project work, including time, manpower, and materials required -Able to service and install commercial and residential overhead doors / garage doors / man doors -Experienced with commercial overhead, commercial sectional, and commercial rolling steel doors, high speed doors, commercial operators, etc. -General building maintenance (basic electrical, general carpentry, and painting experience a plus) -Basic computing skills, including the ability to modify and monitor work order management system -Strong mechanical aptitude. -Knowledge of overhead and man door preventative maintenance and inspections -Excellent time management skills. -Ability to self-manage and perform each essential duty beyond satisfaction. -Self-motivated and results oriented -Adept at installing door operators, specialty doors, dock equipment, and gate systems -Aptitude for maintaining truck stock and inventory within company guidelines -Ability to both lead a team, and work independently -Experience in diagnosing, repairing, and replacing a variety of door related components -High degree of safety awareness -Skilled at developing and maintaining client relationships including participation in client meetings -Effective communication skills. -Keen eye for detail and highly organized. -Experience in servicing and installing overhead doors. -Must be able to pass background checks, drug screening. -Ability to use and maintain equipment and job-related tooling safely and properly -Ability to maintain detailed and complete records of maintenance, repair, and testing activities -2+ years’ experience in Commercial Door Services preferred
