Tasks

-Assists in the design of our projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. -Mentor and develop junior engineers, promoting their career growth and success. -Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with industry standards and best practices. -Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction activities comply with project plans and quality standards. -Provide guidance and technical support to multi-discipline project teams. -Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure project specifications are met. -Monitor and track project progress, identify and mitigate any issues or risks that may arise. -Collaborate with architects, Owners, and other engineers to develop project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline. -Serves as a subject matter expert, providing technical expertise and guidance during project meetings and presentations. -Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment by promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing. -Collaborate with project team to complete post-construction reviews and lessons learned. -Prepare and maintain project documents, including progress reports and meeting notes. -Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to identify potential risks and limitations. -Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project milestones.

What You Bring

-Attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. -Licensed Professional Engineer -Good problem solving and decision-making skills. -Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, preferably mechanical engineering or building services. -Advanced knowledge of building industry codes and standards. -Working Autodesk® REVIT knowledge -Working Trane® Trace 700 knowledge -8+ years of proven experience in MEP design consulting. -LEED® Accreditation
