Senior Solutions Engineer (Hyperscale)

Tasks

-Lead data center tours, explaining facility electrical and mechanical infrastructure. -Identify customer business needs, challenges, and technical requirements. -Champion and implement policies for occupational health & safety, information security, environmental management, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. -Participate actively in cultivating a positive team culture. -Collaborate with internal teams (CSM, Operations, etc.) to ensure smooth project transition from pre-sales to post-sales. -Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers on Digital Edge Data Center services, including colocation space and power. -Analyze and resolve moderate-scope technical issues independently. -Provide technical solution design expertise on colocation solutions and customer cages to assigned Sales Account Executives. -Support preparation of RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs. -Maintain industry knowledge, including competitive landscape and data center best practices. -Develop deliverables for customer consideration and presentations.

What You Bring

We are looking to hire an experienced Hyperscale Solutions Engineer based in Singapore, to support our Solutions Engineering team in delivering cutting-edge colocation solutions to Hyperscalers across Asia Pacific. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a high-impact role that requires technical expertise, strong customer engagement, and a deep understanding of data center environments. -Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in data centers. -Communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external stakeholders. -Excellent teamwork, critical thinking, presentation, and interpersonal skills. -Travel within APAC as required. -Relevant data center industry certifications are a plus. -Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across APAC. -Experience supporting Hyperscalers preferred. -8+ years in a pre-sales or engineering role within a Data Center colocation environment. -Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
