Tasks

-Architect and develop integrations between QuickBooks → Dynamics 365 → Site Tracker using APIs, Power Automate, Azure Functions, and other tools. -Own data migration strategy: mapping, cleansing, validating, and loading from Excel/QuickBooks into Dynamics 365 and Site Tracker. -Train users and document best practices across ERP usage, integration points, and support workflows. -Partner with finance, HR, IT, and other business units to align system capabilities with organizational goals. -Administer and configure the ERP system to support evolving business processes, including workflows, user roles, and system settings. -Lead the transition into an agile, product-focused ERP team: backlog grooming, sprint planning, code reviews, and new feature development. -Define and manage SLAs, error-handling routines, and escalation protocols. -Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production integration issues. -Support Salesforce-ERP data integration efforts, using SOQL and platform APIs. -Deliver enhancements, bug fixes, and performance improvements in both Dynamics 365 and Site Tracker environments. -Ensure system security, manage user permissions, and document system configurations and processes. -Lead a hybrid team of 3 in-house developers and 2 vendor partners.

What You Bring

-10+ years overall experience in ERP deployment including Dynamics 365 experience. -Previous experience leading a Salesforce and D365 implementation. -We are not looking for coders but a strong Project and People Manager who can see the bigger picture and is technical enough to monitor/check work of junior team members and create a winning project plan
