Tasks

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering the project within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant the business and relevant stakeholders. -Maintaining site safety, quality standards, and timelines. -Overseeing the renovation and fit-out of two industrial warehouse units. -Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house teams to ensure project milestones are met. -Assisting in the continued development and day-to-day maintenance of our yard and facilities. -Managing all phases of the new office block construction – from groundworks to completion.

What You Bring

Are you an experienced Project Manager or similar skill set with a strong background in commercial construction, groundworks, and fit-out projects? We're looking for a proactive and hands-on leader to oversee the development of a new office block and the fit-out and renovation of two industrial warehouse units, as well as contribute to the ongoing maintenance and development of our operational yard, previous hands on experience is ideal. -Strong understanding of groundworks, structural building, and interior fit-outs. -Proven experience as a Site Foreman, Project Manager, or similar supervisory role in construction. -Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. -Ability to manage multiple projects and teams on-site effectively.
