Lead employee development, onboarding, training, and KPI performance tracking.

Tasks

-Analyze performance data and share insights with HR and leadership -Coordinate instructor-led, virtual, and online training programs -Evaluate training effectiveness and support continuous improvement -Manage training logistics, communications, and vendor coordination -Define, track, and review SMART KPIs with department leaders -Oversee onboarding and milestone reviews for new hires -Collaborate with subject matter experts to assess training needs and develop content

What You Bring

-Prior LMS experience required (Talent LMS preferred) -Excellent presentation, communication, and project management skills -Data-driven mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability -Must be able to communicate effectively in person and via video -Strong knowledge of KPI frameworks and performance metrics -Experience with instructor-led and virtual facilitation -Proven ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization -Bachelor’s in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or related field -Occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs) and minimal travel -Office-based with standard desk/computer work -5+ years in training, L&D, or performance management
