Operate screen‑printing equipment, ensure quality, and pack finished products.

Tasks

-Actively participates in making cell improvements, suggests and helps implement -Packs finished product for shipment -Rotates in other work cells as directed by Supervisor or Cell Leader -Performs duties in accordance with established quality standards -Sets up and operates assembly equipment such as Screen-printing machinery, screen burning machinery , and screen developers -Maintains work area in accordance with established housekeeping procedures to ensure a safe and clean work environment

What You Bring

-Excellent, proven attendance record -Must be able to work overtime -Experience working from blueprints, engineering drawings, and customer orders -Knowledge of Print media and color combinations -Proven, positive work experience in a team environment -Ability to lift to 30 lbs of material manually -High School Diploma or equivalent -Ability to use various hand and power tools and equipment to read measuring devices -Experience using computer keyboard -Process focused, experience working with on-piece work flow in daily work -Experience with silk screen and silk screen machinery -Proven attainment of quality standards -Manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude -Minimum 1-year experience in an assembly or lean manufacturing environment
