Tasks

-Coordinate documentation for DA, CDC, and CC submissions -Communicate with councils, certifiers, and consultants to track progress -Support the construction and drafting teams with permit-related queries -Prepare, lodge, and manage building permit applications and approvals -Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations

What You Bring

-Strong knowledge of local council requirements and building legislation -Excellent attention to detail and administrative skills -Previous experience in a similar position such as Permits Officer or Preconstruction Coordinator within residential construction -Proficiency in Onsite Companion is desirable -Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
