The Role

Overview

Lead wastewater hydraulic modelling projects and develop teams for AMP8/9.

Tasks

-Produce bids and proposals. -Lead a team to maintain strong client relationships and manage project team members. -Oversee commercial performance, forecasting, and risk management. -Ensure quality outputs and compliance with standards and governance requirements. -Manage health, safety, quality, and environmental aspects of projects. -Drive continuous improvement of tools and processes for efficiency and innovation. -Develop and deliver wastewater catchment strategies and solutions, including hydraulic modelling and analysis. -Travel to client sites or other RPS/Tetra Tech offices as needed.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in MS 365 applications, including advanced Excel, PowerBI, and SharePoint. -Affiliation with a professional institution (CIWEM, ICE, IWater) is desirable. -Chartered or working towards chartership. -Experience in urban drainage projects and technical leadership in wastewater catchment planning. -Proficiency in InfoWorks ICM. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Familiarity with GIS systems (MapInfo, ArcGIS, QGIS) and tools like FME, Optimatics, or Python is a plus. -Degree in a relevant technical field (postgraduate preferred). -Strong knowledge of water industry regulations and legislation.
