Tasks

-Provides solutions to complex technology issues, providing direction as required. Stay current on technologies within assigned business area. -Accountable for working with project teams and management to resolve technical issues. -Creates and enforces standards as well as recommends policies and procedures. -Identifies and evaluates new technologies/services and establish/recommend strategic direction. -Performs as the technical subject matter expert in SAP Asset Management (SAP PM Module). -Participates in the interview process as requested and provides input and feedback for performance reviews. -Mentors staff on technical subjects and business-related information. -Provides technical leadership to projects, teams, and business initiatives as required. -Leads, plans, coordinates and provides activities associated with SAP technology, and can adjust priorities in a dynamic fashion to account for changes in business needs. -Provides vendor management support of contract negotiating. Has supervisory responsibility for ensuring initiatives are carried out according to standards and SLA`s. Expert knowledge/experience in area of focus.

-Maintains knowledge of emerging technological trends and utilizes this knowledge to educate both IT and the business community to better utilize SAP solutions that support and drive business decisions. -Prior experience successfully leading large, complex, technical development projects. -Demonstrates superior leadership and communication skills with a focus on SAP Asset Management (SAP PM Module) -Knowledgeable of SAP-related products and technologies and understands systems integration. -Prior experience with S4Hana migration/transformation. -Applies risk management concepts. -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. -Knowledge of SAP structures, configuration, standards, object dependencies, and tables are required. -Prior experience designing and implementing SAP Asset Management (SAP PM Module) solutions. -Experience with functional application, including mastery in SAP Asset Management (SAP PM Module), and SAP modules, including SAP FI-CO, SAP HR, SAP WMS or SAP Supply Chain. -Understands the value and impact of SAP technology as it applies to business processes. -Prior experience mentoring and/or coaching developers.
