Overview

Build, test, and troubleshoot electronic IoT safety devices for roadwork zones.

Tasks

-Support the Operations teams in solving production issues. -Fault-finding electronic circuits using schematics as the guide. -Supporting the generation of product documentation -Assisting with the transition of products from development into manufacture -Supporting the testing and certification of the company’s new products -Working with digitally enabled work zone safety solutions -Create and maintain an appropriate level of electronic product documentation, including product guides and operating instructions as required. -Developing applications based on existing products and producing the associated wiring diagrams. -Building Electronic circuits using precision tools for surface mount components as appropriate -Issue investigation and resolution on new and legacy electronics products.

What You Bring

-Ability to multitask on several tasks that are running concurrently. -Knowledge of key engineering design tools for schematic entry, PCB layout or producing wiring diagrams -Experience as a technician/engineer dealing with electronic devices -Experience in fault-finding on Electronic Circuits -Experience in product testing. -Right to work in the UK unsponsored -The ability to work effectively on own initiative within a multi-disciplined engineering team. -Good standard of English written and spoken. -City and Guilds or HND qualification in relevant subjects
