Manage and optimize LinkedIn ad campaigns to drive B2B pipeline and revenue.

Tasks
-Plan, launch and optimize advanced LinkedIn campaigns (Sponsored Content, InMail, Dynamic Ads, Text Ads, Conversation, Lead Gen, Retargeting), aligning with global brand and lead-gen strategy. -Conduct keyword/audience research to build and refine ICP account lists for better performance. -Analyze metrics (CTR, CPC, CPV, CPL, CPA, ROI) using LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and Salesforce. -Identify opportunities to integrate LinkedIn efforts with SEO, content marketing, and email campaigns. -Manage TOFU-to-BOFU campaigns, set up nurture cadences, and track from engagement to revenue. -Develop A/B and multivariate tests across creative, copy, and targeting to maximise ROI. -Work closely with content and design teams to produce compelling ad materials. -Report insights clearly and regularly and recommend data-driven optimisations. -Stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and tools to keep Worley’s paid social strategy competitive. -Share learnings and best practices across global teams to improve overall performance. -Liaise with wider lead-gen teams to ensure lead hygiene in Salesforce. -Build and refine ICP-based audience lists through research, segmentation, and keyword targeting for social search optimization. -Track audience engagement through to MQL, SQL, pipeline, and revenue attribution.

What You Bring
-Comfortable collaborating across time zones with a global, culturally aware mindset. -Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders in a fast-paced, global environment. -5+ years in B2B paid social, with proven success managing LinkedIn ads that drive pipeline and revenue. -Experience in the energy, chemicals, or resources sectors, or within a B2B marketing agency is preferred. -Expert in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Salesforce, and Google Analytics. -Strong copywriting and creative testing skills for professional services audiences. -Analytics and reporting -Strong understanding of campaign analytics.
