Overview

Supports project cost reporting and accounting using Deltek Costpoint for USSOCOM J4.

Tasks

-Responsible for the development and submission of quarterly unbilled analysis packages. -Assist project team with: -Generation and analysis of financial reports. -Assistance with pricing and historical data collection. -Initiating Purchase Requisitions and goods receipts in Deltek Costpoint’s Procurement module. -Funding notifications to the customer (i.e. 75% letters). -Track contractual obligations and deliverables. -Customer invoice review and approval prior to submission. -Review and analyze contract, subcontracts, and agreements to ensure project meets financial and reporting requirements. -Communicating timecard and expense practices for the project. -Proactively monitor project timecards, ensure timecard errors are identified, and corrections are processed in timely manner. -Ensure accuracy of project-related expense reports and ensure timely processing. -Development and execution of internal and external project reviews. -Initiate, monitor and maintain proper project setup in Deltek Costpoint via completion and submission of a project setup form. -Assist Project Managers in all duties related to financial and performance, planning, tracking, and reporting. -Identifying and analyzing project risk.

What You Bring

-0-2+ years’ experience providing project accounting support for services contracts for Govt. customers preferred. -Track record of delivering well-organized and accurate work. -Budgeting and financial analysis. -Strong Excel skills to include VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and PivotTables. -Work authorizations. -Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business-related field preferred. -Must have experience using Deltek Cost Point. -Ability to work independently, self-motivated, proactive. -Understand of EACs, ETCs, and unbilled analysis. -Proven ability to work well with various teams to accomplish tasks. -Strong written and verbal communication skills.
