-Lead the estimating process for wet utility and underground infrastructure projects. -Prepare detailed take-offs, cost estimates, and bid packages. -Mentor junior estimators and support company growth initiatives. -Identify and manage bid opportunities across private and public sectors. -Collaborate closely with operations, project management, and field teams to ensure accurate pricing and constructability.
