Tasks

We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to manage on-site building or mechanical/electrical (MEP) work within critical data center environments. This role ensures all construction, maintenance, and repair activities are completed safely, efficiently, and according to operational and compliance standards. -Oversee and coordinate on-site building or MEP activities according to project. -Enforce strict compliance with safety protocols, operational procedures, and security measures. -Provide input during pre-construction planning regarding constructability and potential challenges. -Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and industry best practices (e.g., NFPA, OSHA). -Conduct regular inspections to detect hazards, risks, or non-compliance issues. -Manage subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to schedules. -Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to achieve project goals. -Identify and resolve technical issues promptly. -Work with data center operations teams to minimize disruption during construction or maintenance. -Keep detailed records of work, including permits, inspections, and safety documentation.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate should understand data center infrastructure, have strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. -Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. -OSHA certification is highly desirable -Knowledge of data center operations and infrastructure. -Strong understanding of safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards. -Competence in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints. -Experience supervising building construction or MEP projects, preferably in data centers. -Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain project schedules. -Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

Benefits

Salary: $60,000-$100,000
