Tasks

You’ll be responsible for sourcing new opportunities, managing client campaigns, and driving leasing and sales outcomes across a diverse portfolio of commercial assets. -Actively prospect and generate new business leads -Prepare contracts, agreements, and disclosure statements -Meet and exceed KPIs with full support from leadership -Negotiate with tenants and purchasers -Build and maintain strong client relationships -Conduct property inspections and manage marketing campaigns

We’re looking for a driven and energetic Commercial Sales & Leasing Consultant to join our close-knit team of 10. Whether you’re an experienced agent or a hungry new starter ready to make your mark, this role is all about getting out there, building relationships, and generating business. -Real Estate Sales Representative Licence (RSR) — essential -Excellent communication and negotiation skills -Understanding of commercial property legislation and market trends -2–3 years’ experience preferred — but we’re open to ambitious newcomers -Strong time management and attention to detail
