Tasks

-Prepare BOQ & preamble. -Ensure high quality service delivery on every task in allocated time. -Ensure compliance with our internal processes and procedures and documentation standards. Understand and adopt the Client / project specific procedures. -Plan the tasks well and discuss with team leaders regularly. -Prepare rate analysis (RA). -Prepare and check analysis of rates of extra items. -Prepare Tender Docs, Tender report, Pre-Qualification report. -Floating tenders to Technically and Commercially competent parties, preparation of comparative statement, and evaluation of strengths and weaknesses of various parties for the finalization of sub-contracts. -Tendering, Pre-tender estimate, Negotiations -Review architectural plans / structural drawings and prepare quantity needs -Performing detailed quantification as per the approved shop drawings / GFC drawings using P Line / LBD and agree the measurements with the contractor. -Prepare Cost Plan, Cost Control, Budgeting

What You Bring

-Total Professional Experience shall be 7+ years with at least 5 years of experience in Building Projects. -Good communication skills both written and verbal. -Good Interpersonal Skills. -MEP QS with work experience in Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC and Firefighting disciplines -Post Contract Experience is required. -B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical) from a reputed institute. -Good skills on excel and word and ability to learn and adapt to customized software. -Should be proficient in CAD, Cost-X (qty take off tools).
