Tasks

The BIM Manager will oversee the implementation, development, and coordination of BIM standards and workflows across multiple commercial projects. Working closely with design, technical, and project delivery teams, this role ensures data integrity, model accuracy, and collaboration across disciplines. -Collaborate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth data exchange and workflow integration. -Provide training and mentoring to internal staff to enhance company-wide BIM capability. -Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM processes, tools, and technology adoption. -Manage project models, templates, and content libraries to ensure consistency and compliance. -Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) aligned with project and client requirements. -Oversee and maintain company BIM standards in accordance with ISO 19650. -Conduct model reviews and ensure BIM deliverables meet project milestones. -Coordinate multi-disciplinary models and lead clash detection and resolution processes. -Support design and delivery teams with technical BIM input and best practice guidance.

What You Bring

They are now seeking an experienced BIM Manager to join their growing technical team. This is a pivotal role supporting the integration and management of BIM processes across all stages of workplace interior fit-out projects. -Minimum 5 years’ experience in a BIM coordination or management role within the commercial interiors or fit-out sector. -Highly organised with a proactive approach to problem-solving and workflow optimisation. -Confident communicator able to lead coordination meetings and work across multidisciplinary teams. -Strong technical knowledge of interior construction and detailing. -BIM Level 2 / ISO 19650 accreditation or similar certification advantageous. -Experience working with BIM 360, ACC, or other collaborative project platforms. -Expert user of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. -Proven experience producing and managing BIM deliverables in line with ISO 19650 standards. -Degree or equivalent qualification in Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction.

Benefits
