Tasks

-Enforce and monitor compliance with project-specific safety plans. -Oversee all aspects of day-to-day project operations and team performance. -Coordinate and conduct meetings with engineers and stakeholders. -Monitor project progress and address potential delays proactively. -Ensure all works are delivered to required quality, safety, and contractual specifications. -Obtain material approvals and manage all client documentation through project completion. -Develop and manage project budgets and control expenditures to ensure profitability. -Review consultant designs for adequacy and resolve discrepancies before construction begins. -Prepare and submit progress reports and payment applications to maintain positive cash flow. -Act as Project Manager delegate when required. -Initiate project plans, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with client objectives. -Lead value engineering, design reviews, and material/supplier selection.

What You Bring

We are seeking, for one of our subsidiaries, an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and successful execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to the highest quality standards. -Skilled in cost control, budgeting, and contract administration. -Strong understanding of safety regulations and site operations. -5–10 years of experience in the construction industry with proven leadership on large-scale projects. -Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or CMAA required. -Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. -Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities. -Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes. -Proficient in project management software and tools.
