Tasks

-Collaborate with project teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project transitions and operational effectiveness -Contribute to strategic planning sessions by sharing insights and recommendations based on project experiences and outcomes -Track project milestones and deliverables, providing ongoing updates and reports to senior management -Lead the development and execution of implementation strategies for various projects, ensuring they adhere to timelines and budgets -Proactively identify potential project risks and challenges, developing contingency plans to mitigate them -Conduct regular reviews and assessments of project performance against expectations, making adjustments as necessary -Foster an environment of teamwork and communication between diverse project teams to ensure alignment and efficiency

What You Bring

-Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Project Management, Engineering, or Business Administration -10+ years of experience in project management or implementation roles, particularly in large-scale developments or infrastructure -Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite -Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels -Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment -Deep knowledge of project management best practices and tools -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an aptitude for strategic thinking
