Tasks

-Track daily operations in the demo lab and manage the flow of materials through various process steps. -Oversee and manage stock of process materials (wafers, chemicals) and maintain lab equipment. -Coordinate analyses with systems and metrology teams, ensuring timely publishing of data. -Inspect patterned wafers and coordinate metrology activities with partners as needed. -Perform wafer processing tasks, including resist coating and development, as required. -Manage priorities with input from multiple stakeholders, connecting top-level goals to daily activities. -Develop and maintain technical documentation; recommend changes in procedures as needed.

What You Bring

-Previous experience in an operations or logistics role, with familiarity in semiconductor processes. -Experience maintaining and troubleshooting lab hardware, or installing new equipment. -Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a semiconductor-related field plus 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent. -Comfortable working with new equipment and adapting to procedures that are not well-established. -Understanding of cleanroom requirements, wet chemical handling, and wafer processing. -Hands-on experience with optical and/or electron microscopes (SEM, TEM, FIB, etc.) is a plus. -Experience operating semiconductor process tools, especially lithography, is an advantage. -Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
