Tasks

-Conduct regular stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather feedback and address concerns -Represent the organization at industry events and forums to build and maintain stakeholder networks -Develop and implement comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies aligned with organizational goals -Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders -Identify, analyze, and prioritize stakeholders, mapping their interests and influence -Develop and maintain stakeholder management documentation and databases -Identify and mitigate potential risks related to stakeholder relationships -Collaborate with project teams to ensure stakeholder requirements are integrated into project plans -Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts to maintain positive relationships -Monitor and report on stakeholder sentiment and engagement levels

What You Bring

-Proven track record of successful stakeholder engagement in complex projects -Proficiency in stakeholder management software (e.g., Stakeholder Circle, Jira) -Familiarity with local business culture and practices in the UAE -Expertise in stakeholder mapping and analysis techniques -Understanding of corporate governance and sustainability practices -Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred -Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities -Solid project management skills and experience -Knowledge of risk management principles and practices -Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to influence decision-makers -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholder groups -Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field -Minimum of 5 years of experience in stakeholder management or a similar role
