The Role
Overview
Oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, quality.

Tasks
-Supervise all on-site activities, including the work of subcontractors and trades, to ensure adherence to project schedules and plans. -Enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards at all times. -Conduct daily site inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to project specifications. -Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement solutions to keep the project on track. -Serve as the primary point of contact for subcontractors and on-site personnel, resolving conflicts or issues as they arise. -Manage site logistics, including scheduling deliveries, materials handling, and equipment allocation -Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials on-site. -Maintain detailed and accurate site documentation, including daily reports, logs, and updates. -Coordinate with the Project Manager to review plans, schedules, and materials to avoid delays or conflicts. -Communicate with project stakeholders and report regularly on site status, progress, and challenges.

What You Bring
-Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively. -Proven experience as a Superintendent or in a similar leadership role in construction. -Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes. -Strong problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges and maintain project timelines. -Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. -Field experience in trades or construction management is required; a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field is preferred. -Strong communication and leadership skills to direct and motivate on-site teams. -Proficiency in construction management tools and software, such as Procore or Buildertrend.
