Tasks
-Coordinate with internal departments, external suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure procurement activities are cost-effective, timely, and aligned with company standards. -Maintain and update supplier agreements; negotiate terms with new and existing suppliers to optimize value and compliance. -Serve as a subject matter expert in procurement, providing strategic guidance to cross-functional teams and leadership. -Manage procurement processes for indirect materials and services, as well as subcontracting Manage the procurement of indirect materials, services, and subcontracted work to support business operations. -Drive process and tool enhancements; adopt and implement best practices within the procurement function. -Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across indirect procurement activities. -Lead special projects focused on continuous improvement within supply chain operations. -Communicate supply chain updates and statuses effectively to internal stakeholders and business units. -Negotiate contractual terms to minimize organizational risk and ensure legal compliance.

What You Bring
-Support government contracting requirements, with working knowledge of FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and DFAR (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement). -Professional demeanor with effective writing, verbal communication and presentation skills. -Experience with Statements of Work and Supplier Agreements is required -Flexibility to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements, schedules, and priorities for multiple projects or assignments -A minimum of 2 years experience in indirect materials and services for procurement is required -Experience with ERP Systems such as Deltek’s Costpoint -Negotiation experience is required -Knowledge of the construction, manufacturing, industrial, and software industries. -Balance and prioritize multiple tasks and initiatives in a fast-paced environment. -Experience managing the procurement of indirect materials, services, and subcontracted work to ensure seamless support for business operations, optimizing cost efficiency, supplier performance, and operational continuity. -Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or other related fields -Able to collaborate professionally and effectively in group settings -Eight years of relevant experience in supply chain management -Experience in federal government contracts -Experience with Microsoft product set, including SharePoint, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams. -Candidate must be a United States Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance
