- Maintain your stock levels with support from your team leader
- Maintain effective communication with customers when planning site visits
- Carry out minor remedial works that arise during the maintenance visit
- Attend training sessions to further your development
- Plan routine maintenance calls within your area
- Maintain Fire Systems, Emergency Lighting and Portable Extinguishers in your assigned area
- Attend weekly engineering team meetings
- Identify any personal training and development needs to help you provide the best possible customer service
