Tasks

-Identify and support the development of team members, contributing to succession planning. -Ensure all colleagues are trained in line with both hard and soft FM (Facilities Management) requirements. -Provide financial administration support where required. -Take minutes and meeting notes, distributing them to relevant stakeholders. -Manage DSE (Display Screen Equipment) risk assessments for the site, reporting and correcting issues where possible. -Create and maintain effective administrative systems across the site. -Support engagement initiatives to promote a positive working environment. -Use internal HR systems and processes to support best practice in people management. -Order and manage office supplies and stock within a fixed budget. -Oversee payroll and absence management processes to reduce disruption and maintain engagement levels. -Provide general administration support including filing, writing letters, taking notes, and creating presentations. -Prepare, collate, and complete data for weekly and monthly reporting deadlines.

What You Bring

Hours: 8am - 4pm, Mon-Fri We are seeking an experienced Office Manager or Site Administrator to join our team in Coventry on a temporary contract running until the end of November. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the site, supporting operational and administrative functions. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Confident with Microsoft Office and other relevant software systems. -A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. -Qualified and experienced in administration or office management. -Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. -Strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail.
