The Role

Overview

Manage QA/QC documents, ensure compliance, and perform ITP/ITR gap analysis.

Tasks

-Coordinate with craft and planners in the generation and assembly of turnover packages -Review of signed-off QA/QC forms for completeness and accuracy of the information and ensure all required signatures have been captured -Prepare reports on the status of turnover systems -Monitor and keep updated on the progress of systems and subsystems -Audit hardcopy documentation and electronic files -Ensure Subcontractor's ITRS meet or exceed Exxon A-Check Sheet (ITRS) -Ensure the electronic version of all required documentation is compiled and saved in the appropriate drive folders and databases

-Understand the QA/QC inspection process - QMP and related QA/QC documentation requirements such as ITPs, ITR’s, Procedures -Demonstrated Industrial Construction experience -Piping and Mechanical -Good communication skills with co-workers and subordinates -Civil and UG Work, Structural, Buildings -Able to troubleshoot and come up with solutions -Ability to work with others – team player -Computer Competency (Microsoft Office, I-Docs, Co-Console) Database experience -Commitment and Reliable -Good decision-making abilities
