Tasks

-Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities. -Assess and determine requirements, features, and functionality, including technical documentations and technical product analysis. -Develop and maintain pricing across the Repair Parts category. -Provide support and training to internal and external teams by providing technical expertise, training, and product knowledge to drive successful product adoption and revenue growth. -Decision Quality: You make thoughtful and timely decisions with the best interest of the organization in mind, prioritizing and organizing key deliverables and ensuring stakeholder buy in. -Act as the internal technical SME to key partners, including marketing, sales, and the factory teams. -Support the development and execution of a comprehensive strategy and roadmap aligned with our company objectives. -Define the category market and collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

You successfully shift gears as new developments and competing priorities arise – balancing routine tasks, urgent action items, and long-term projects is second nature for you. -Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. -Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical terms to product features and customer value proposition. -Engineering, design, application, or related experience, in the residential HVAC industry preferred. -Basic knowledge of residential HVAC systems and basic technical understanding of products. -Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field. -Basic project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. -At least 2-3 years of related experience.
