-Partner with senior stakeholders to troubleshoot concerns and deliver effective compliance strategies. -Drive a proactive HSE culture across stakeholders, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. -Monitor incidents, track risks, and introduce solutions to reduce potential hazards. -Develop and implement playbooks, procedures, and strategic risk management initiatives. -Lead by example, influence teams, and continuously improve existing processes and standards.

We’re looking for an experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Senior Manager to lead the design and implementation of health, safety, and environmental programs for medium to large-scale operations across various sites within Racine. -Strong leadership and communication skills to influence and motivate teams. -Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. -Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with 5–8 years of HSE management experience, or equivalent education and experience.
