Own the territory: Build and execute a winning go-to-market plan for your region. Build relationships: Deepen our presence with key decision-makers and influencers across the value chain. Collaborate across teams: Partner with Product, Operations, and Marketing to ensure customer success. Create pull-through demand: Position our products where performance and sustainability matter. Pipeline & Forecasting: Maintain a strong funnel using our CRM and report with accuracy and insight. Shape the playbook: Your field intelligence will influence everything from pricing to packaging. You’ll be the frontline leader responsible for growing and owning a high-potential sales territory. This is not a maintenance role—it’s a builder’s job. You’ll identify, win, and grow key accounts with architects, distributors, developers, and builders. What You Bring

Proven track record of territory development and consistent quota overachievement CRM fluency (Salesforce preferred) Intelligence – Thinking from first principles, with curiosity and clarity Bachelor’s degree; top university and strong GPA a plus 3-5+ years in B2B territory sales—experience in wholesale building materials is essential Top-tier communication, negotiation, and closing skills Experience calling on developers, distributors, architects, and GC’s CRM accuracy and sales forecast reliability Communication – Listening deeply, speaking thoughtfully, and acting decisively
