The Role

Overview

Conduct ESAs, field sampling, data analysis, and reporting for environmental projects.

Tasks

-Perform Phase II ESAs, including soil, groundwater, and vapor sampling, and coordinate field investigations. -Manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met effectively. -Identify Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs) and recommend steps for site remediation or further assessment. -Analyze environmental data, interpret laboratory results, and prepare comprehensive technical reports. -Collaborate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project compliance and success. -Conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), including site inspections, historical research, and database reviews, in accordance with ASTM standards.

What You Bring

-Ability to interpret laboratory data and make practical recommendations. -Proficiency in GIS and Microsoft Office tools. -OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification or willingness to obtain. -2-5 years of experience in environmental consulting or site assessments. -Strong communication and project management skills. -Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or a related field. -Familiarity with ASTM E1527-21 standards and environmental regulations such as CERCLA and RCRA. -Strong technical writing skills with experience preparing ESA reports. -Experience working in a multidisciplinary team.
