Tasks

-Lead internal teams and external contractors with clarity and accountability, ensuring alignment with Teraflex’s strategic goals and client expectations. -Ensure precise, timely, and budget-conscious execution of multiple construction projects. -Represent the Teraflex brand through consistent professionalism and accountability. -Continuously analyze project performance to drive improvements and efficiencies. -Liaise effectively with regulatory bodies (ESA, municipalities, utilities) to secure necessary permits and approvals. -Support the Director of Operations in resource planning and allocation, ensuring optimal use of personnel and assets. -Contribute insights to project bidding and estimating, ensuring competitive yet profitable project outcomes. -Oversee project budgets, manage costs strategically, and provide accurate financial reporting. -Champion a culture of innovation, safety, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity within your project teams. -Regularly visit project sites to initiate projects, assess progress, resolve challenges, and uphold the highest standards for safety and quality. -Maintain meticulous documentation including contracts, schedules, permits, and project communications. -Leadership That Backs You: Report directly to the GM and work closely with a hands-on executive team at OEC. -Proactively identify and mitigate risks, swiftly addressing challenges to maintain schedule, scope, and budget compliance. -Foster open and transparent communication with clients, team members, and management to ensure alignment and clarity.

What You Bring

-Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or equivalent experience. -5–10 years of proven experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager within the construction industry. -Demonstrated understanding of construction practices, particularly within utilities or civil infrastructure. -Electrical experience, a Project Management Certification, or bilingual skills are strong assets.
